• Legal Status
• English Speaker
• Certified in the areas of Phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram, Emergency Procedures, I.V. Technician, Billing & Coding, and or Massage Therapy.
• National Certification in the areas mentioned above.
• University degree in the areas of Medicine, Bio-Analysis, Nursing (4years).
• University transcripts
• Registered Health Educator (RHA)
• Minimum of 1.5 years in each of the education fields mentioned above.
• Certified Health Instructor (CHI)
• Certified instructor by ( NCCT)

NOTE:

Registration/Certification by the NHA (National Health Association)
or
Registration/Certification by the AMT (American Medical Technologists)

or

Registration/certification by the NCMA (National Certification Medical Associstion)

How to become an ATSMP Instructor:

• Pass the Certified Health Educator program, as a student, with a 90%
• Pass the National exam (NHA)/(NCCT)/(AMT)/(NCMA) with a 90% or above.  Massage Instructors must also pass the MLEx exam.
• Be selected as an instructor by the ATSMP board.
• Receive school instructed training for instructors.
