The History of ATSMP

American Training School was founded in 1998 by Professor Dante Joa born in Queens of Chinese and Dominican decent. This co-educational, independent institution was born out of professor Joa’s vision to fill the need for bilingual school offering training in medical programs which would help its students to train and successfully attain a career in the healthcare field. ATSMP conducts day, evening and weekend classes for highly motivated students while aiming to accommodate our student’s needs for scheduling flexibility. Payment plans are available, we aim to maintain the lowest cost per program in comparison to other training facility in the same field. ATSMP works with Department of Workforce and Development to help eligible candidates/families with TANF meet their educational goals and prepare them for a prosperous career in the healthcare system.
